Terms of Use for Online Services Accounts

1. Introduction

1.1 This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the purchase and use of online service accounts sold by GenPrime (“Store”).

1.2. By purchasing an account from GenPrime , the user ("Client") agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If the Client does not agree with any of these terms and conditions, he/she must stop using the account and contact GenPrime for a refund.

2. Use of accounts

2.1. Accounts provided by GenPrime are strictly personal and may not be transferred, leased, shared or sold to third parties.

2.2. The Client undertakes not to use the acquired account for illegal or unauthorized actions.

2.3. The Client is prohibited from reselling, renting or distributing the purchased account.

2.4. Any changes to account data , including personal information, without the prior written consent of GenPrime are strictly prohibited .

3. Client's responsibilities

3.1. The Client is obliged to check the functionality of the purchased account within 30 minutes after receiving the account data.

3.2 If defects or problems are discovered during this period , the Client must immediately contact GenPrime for a replacement or refund .

3.3 If no issues are reported within 30 minutes , the Client is deemed to have confirmed the account's functionality , waiving any subsequent claims regarding its original status.

4. Return and Replacement Policy

4.1 Refunds or replacements are only possible if the account was not functional at the time of delivery and has not been misused .

4.2 Any account that has been altered, misused or transferred to a third party will not be refunded or replaced .

4.3. GenPrime reserves the right to refuse a refund if there is sufficient evidence of negligence on the part of the Client or violation of the terms of the policy .

5. General conditions

5.1 GenPrime reserves the right to change these terms at any time . Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication.

5.2. By making a purchase from GenPrime , the Client confirms his/her agreement with all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

5.3 In the event of any dispute, GenPrime's decision is final and binding .
